At ZipGo Atlas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. ⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. The return address will be provided only after your return request has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue, so we can evaluate the situation and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale on the product page or within designated Final Sale collections

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods or personal care items

If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
