OVERVIEW Welcome to ZipGo Atlas. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ZipGo Atlas Brands LLC, operating under the brand ZipGo Atlas.

ZipGo Atlas operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide customers with a curated online shopping experience. SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY ZipGo Atlas is powered by Shopify. All transactions are between you and ZipGo Atlas. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, products, or disputes. You expressly release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY All personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, as well as Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in those policies.
