ZipGo Atlas is committed to providing fast and reliable shipping to customers within the United States.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after the order has been processed.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Information Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages ZipGo Atlas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your building manager.

  • If you believe your package was lost in transit (tracking stopped updating for more than 7 days), please contact us so we can assist in opening a carrier investigation.
